Robert Legge - Group Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Ecocleen in 1998, Rob was in the Armed Forces working on a number of specialist operations throughout the world. His experience in these testing situations has allowed him to play a major role in developing a successful business operation based on honesty, integrity and an uncompromising passion for service excellence. Since 1998 Rob has taken the business from a turnover base of £1 Million to over £30 Million in just under 10 years. Rob's commitment to growing the business and developing a winning team will ultimately see the company ranked as one of the Top 5 cleaning Companies in the UK.

Sean Taylor - Finance Director

Sean joined Ecocleen in early 2008 as part of the Company's defined growth strategy. Sean is a qualified accountant and also the newest member of the Board. Sean has overall responsibility for Group finance and administration. Prior to joining Ecocleen Sean spent some time at both MITIE and TC Contractors in senior financial positions. Before then Sean worked with De Beers where he gained his initial experience in both financial and operational roles. Sean's commitment to service excellence and professionalism are a true reflection of the business culture at Ecocleen.

Iain Fraser Jones - National Sales Director

Iain joined Ecocleen in 2006 having previously worked with both Rob and Sean Taylor at Executive Group in the late 1990's. Since joining Ecocleen the company has been able to develop a stronger focus and identity; it is this, combined with the board's passion for service excellence that has enabled significant growth over the recent years. Iain's previous operational experience ensures a real understanding of customer needs and translates these requirements into logical, effective service proposals that maximise value.

Paul Middleton - Operations Director

Paul came to Ecocleen in 2001, originally starting as an area manager in London. Paul had previously worked as an engineer in his home country of South Africa. Paul's methodical approach and "can do" attitude has allowed the company to develop from a small local business into a National Cleaning Operation.

Sean Fisher - Regional Operations Director

Sean comes to the UK from South Africa; and joined Ecocleen in 2002. Since then Sean has spent most of his time working with our retail clients and is proud to boast an impeccable audit trail from all of his contract managers. Sean confirms "the industry we are in will only accept the highest standards of service and this is my main focus. A happy customer is what makes my role a pleasure". Sean is a key factor in the success of the company and his personal development reflects his ongoing commitment to our customers and his personal and business reputation.

Barry Brooks - Regional Operations Director

Barry is also originally a native of South Africa and has worked for a variety of cleaning organisations before coming to Ecocleen in early 2007. Barry has extremely high operating standards and a passion for excellence - his organisational skills are fully utilised in managing a team of 6 Area Managers with whom he works closely to ensure customer delight.
